| October 29-31, Camping Trip to Camp Pouch - After the Archery sessions the scouts spent some time playing capture the flag in a dense overcast, foggy field. Then it was back to work on advancements. The early evening was spent learning and discussing Knife, Axe and Saw skills. These useful tools and new found skills were put to use later in the evening to build a campfire. The scouts also were able to transition into next month's theme "Cooking" by putting together a major meal, dinner. |
