Lift Release: IN CONSIDERATION OF
USING SKI SHAWNEE, INC.'S SKI FACILITIES, THE PURCHASER OR USER OF THIS TICKET AGREES
TO ACCEPT THE RISKS OF SKIING AND AGREES NOT TO SUE SKI SHAWNEE, INC., OR ITS
EMPLOYEES IF HURT WHILE USING THE SKI FACILITIES REGARDLESS OF ANY NEGLIGENCE
OF SKI SHAWNEE, INC., OR ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
The purchaser or user of this ticket voluntarily assumes the
risk of injury while participating in this sport.

Ski Rental Release: I
AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SKI SHAWNEE INC., its employees, owners,
affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and the equipment manufacturers and
distributors and their successors in interest (collectively
"PROVIDERS"), from all liability for injury, death, property loss and
damage which results from the equipment user’s participation in the
RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORTS for which the equipment is provided, or which is
related in any way to the use of this equipment, including all liability which results
from the NEGLIGENCE of PROVIDERS, or any other person or cause.
I further agree to defend and indemnify PROVIDERS for any
loss or damage, including any that results from claims or lawsuits for personal
injury, death, and property loss and damage related in any way to the use of
this equipment.
I AGREE TO THE CONTRACT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE BACK
OF THE LIFT TICKET AND FURTHER AGREE NOT TO SUE SKI SHAWNEE INC. IF I AM
INJURIED IN ANY WAY WHILE PARTICIPANTING IN ANY RECREATIONAL SNOW SPORT EVEN IF
I CONTEND THAT SKI SHAWNEE INC. WAS NEGLIGENT.
I THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS EQUIPMENT RENTAL & LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT.
I state that I have thoroughly read, understand and
agree to the Rental and Release Agreement above set forth by Ski Shawnee, Inc.
